"Pushing Limits: Triceps, Shoulders, and Leg Days Unveiled"

Hey everyone! Today, I'm thrilled to share the details of my intense workout sessions from the past two days, where I focused on triceps, shoulders, and legs. Let's dive into the highlights:

Day 1: Triceps and Shoulders Workout:

1. Unexpected Shoulder Session:

- Initially planned for a triceps workout, but feeling energized and motivated, I decided to incorporate a shoulder session as well.

- Engaged in exercises like dumbbell overhead extensions, triceps press down, close grip bench press, reverse press down, shoulder press machine, front raises with plates, side raises with dumbbells and cables, rear deltoids with machine and rope, followed by pushups and pull-ups.

- Completed 3 to 5 sets with maximum effort, aiming to achieve optimal calorie burn and muscle engagement.

Day 2: Leg Session:

1. Focused Leg Workout:

- Today's session was dedicated to leg training, targeting major muscle groups such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves.

- Included exercises like squats, lunges, leg presses, leg curls, calf raises, and leg extensions, performing each with proper form and intensity.

- Executed 4 to 6 sets per exercise, pushing through fatigue to ensure thorough muscle stimulation and growth.

Nutrition and Diet:

1. Strategic Meal Planning:

- Maintained a balanced diet consisting of 6 meals spread throughout the day to meet my protein intake goal of 200+ grams.

- Meals included two servings of whey protein, two servings of eggs, one serving of paneer, and one serving of mixed pulses, providing essential nutrients for muscle recovery and growth.

Upcoming Plans:

1. Rest Day and Chest Workout:

- Tomorrow marks a well-deserved rest day to allow for proper recovery and rejuvenation.

- Next workout session will focus on chest training, where I aim to push myself to the limit and achieve a full breakdown of muscle fibers for maximum growth and strength.

Closing Thoughts:

These past two days have been filled with determination, dedication and sweat as I pushed my limits and challenged myself to new heights in my fitness journey. With each workout, I'm one step closer to reaching my goals and becoming the best version of myself.
