Hey everyone! Today's workout session was an intense back and biceps blast, bringing me one step closer to my fitness goals. Here's a breakdown of the day:


Back Workout:

1. Variety in Exercises:

- Engaged in a diverse range of back exercises including lat pulldowns, seated rows with various grips, dumbbell shrugs, pull-ups with wide, close, and neutral grips, ensuring thorough muscle activation and stimulation.

- Focused on achieving muscle failure to push past limitations and maximize growth potential.


Biceps Blast:

1. Focused Muscle Isolation:

- Targeted the biceps with precision using preacher bench machine, dumbbell inclined bench curls, dumbbell hammer curls, reverse grip biceps curls with the EZ bar, and wide-grip barbell curls.

- Implemented a range of exercises to target different areas of the biceps and ensure comprehensive

muscle development.


Calorie Burn and Progress:

1. Energy Expenditure:

- Completed a rigorous 1.5-hour workout, burning approximately 980 calories, demonstrating dedication and commitment to reaching my fitness goals.

- Making consistent progress towards achieving desired results and pushing boundaries with each workout session.


Nutrition and Fueling:

1. Protein-Packed Meals:

- Fueled my body with essential nutrients through meals consisting of two servings of whey protein, boiled eggs, paneer, oats, peanut butter, multivitamins, and fish oil.
