Hello everyone! It's time to recap the exhilarating shoulder and triceps workouts from the past two days, as well as share some exciting updates on my upcoming fitness journey. Let's dive right in:

Shoulder Workout:

1. Diverse Exercises:

- Engaged in a variety of shoulder exercises including upright rows, side raises, front raises with the barbell, military presses, and rear delt work with dumbbells.

- Incorporated core exercises such as upper crunches, leg raises, Russian twists, and plank holds to ensure overall strength and stability.

2. Intensity and Sets:

- Completed 5 to 7 sets per exercise, aiming for peak performance and optimal muscle fiber breakdown.

- Pushed myself to the limit to maximize results and enhance shoulder definition and strength.

Triceps Workout:

1. Targeted Triceps:

- Executed a range of triceps exercises including push-ups, skull crushers, overhead extensions, reverse extensions, and close grip bench presses.

- Ensured thorough muscle engagement and fatigue by focusing on high-volume sets.

Upcoming Plans:

1. Rest Day and Travel:

- Tomorrow will be a well-deserved rest day as I prepare for a 9 to 10-hour journey back to the city from my hometown.

- Looking forward to using this time to recharge and reflect on the progress made during the festive season.

2. Future Workouts:

- Upon returning, the next workout routine will likely focus on leg day or any other area that requires attention based on assessment.

- With the festive season coming to an end, I'll be able to resume a more structured diet plan, incorporating non-vegetarian options and aiming for 5 to 6 meals a day to support my fitness goals.
