Greetings, everyone! Today, I'm thrilled to share the highlights of my back workout session, coupled with some unexpected outdoor adventures. Let's dive right in:


Back Workout:

1. Variety is Key:

- Engaged in barbell rows with both supine and prone grips to target different muscle fibers effectively.

- Utilized both arm dumbbell rows to ensure symmetrical development and maximum muscle activation.

- Completed intense sets of barbell shrugs to strengthen the upper traps and enhance overall back definition.

2. Intensity and Reps:

- With limited equipment, focused on high-rep sets ranging from 12 and above to maximize muscle engagement and training volume.

- Incorporated 5 to 7 sets per exercise, pushing myself to the limit to compensate for the constraints.


Cardio and Outdoor Activities:

1. Brisk Walk and Gardening:

- Embraced a brisk walk for cardio, complemented by outdoor work in my lawn.

- Spent time overseeing and assisting laborers with various tasks around the house, adding an unexpected but fulfilling element to my workout routine.


Nutrition and Meals:

1. Balanced Diet:

- Maintained a balanced diet with four servings throughout the day, consisting of two servings of whey protein, mixed pulses, paneer with salads, and rice.

- Ensured adequate protein intake to support muscle recovery and growth amidst the busy schedule.


Gardening Adventures:

1. Summer Plant Care:

- With the scorching summer temperatures, dedicated time to caring for the plants in my garden.

- Transferred potted plants to soil for optimal growth and minimal watering requirements, ensuring they thrive in the heat.


Looking Ahead:

1. Shoulder and Triceps Session:

- Tomorrow's agenda includes a focused shoulder and triceps workout, with the added bonus of incorporating gardening tasks for a unique cardio experience.
