Blog- 17: Unveiling Fitness Journey Based on true event(Shoulder Workout)

Pushing Limits: Shoulder Workout and Cardio Blast

In today's exhilarating workout session, I embarked on an intense shoulder workout coupled with a dynamic cardio routine, culminating in a remarkable calorie burn of 800Kcal. The feeling of accomplishment was truly unparalleled.



My shoulder workout was a testament to dedication and precision, comprising barbell shoulder press, weighted plate front raises, dumbbell side raises, upright rows, and rear deltoid exercises using both the butterfly machine and dumbbells. With each exercise, I aimed for 3 to 5 sets, ensuring perfect form and maximum intensity for optimal muscle engagement.


The highlight of the session was undoubtedly the barbell shoulder press, which provided an unparalleled feel and activation of the shoulder muscles, setting the tone for an impactful workout.

In addition to the shoulder-focused exercises, I incorporated push-ups and a set of pull-ups to further challenge and stimulate my upper body muscles.


Fueling my body for performance and recovery, I adhered to a balanced diet consisting of two servings of whey protein, egg omelets, paneer, and a nutritious bowl of mixed pulses before bedtime, providing essential nutrients to support muscle growth and repair.


Transitioning to cardio, I engaged in 10 minutes each of cycling, cross-trainer, and inclined walking, elevating my heart rate and enhancing overall cardiovascular health.


Looking ahead, I've planned for a rigorous leg day in my next session, with the possibility of incorporating chest and triceps exercises if my rear legs require additional recovery.
