"Journey to Fitness: Shredding Fat, Building Muscle, and Sharing Progress"

As of March 31st 2024, I've taken stock of my current fitness metrics, including body weight (77kg), body fat percentage (22%), basal metabolic rate (BMR - 1721), BMI (25), body age (41), and skeletal muscle mass (33.4kg). With a clear vision for my fitness journey, my primary focus now shifts towards preserving and enhancing muscle mass while reducing body fat percentage from 22% to a target range of 15% or even 10%, aiming for a ripped physique.

To achieve this goal, I am committed to a comprehensive approach encompassing diet, workout, and supplementation. My supplement regimen includes whey protein, fish oil, and a multivitamin-multimineral blend. In my diet, I prioritize protein-rich foods like eggs, chicken, and paneer, alongside other carbohydrate sources and salads.

My workout routine is structured around heavy weight training coupled with cardio sessions, spread across a 7-day cycle. I am dedicated to sharing my daily workout and diet routines with you, providing insights into my journey's progress. Additionally, I am committed to transparency, promising to share before-and-after pictures once my goal is achieved. Together, let's embark on this transformative journey towards a healthier, fitter version of myself.
