Upon my return to the city at the close of 2022, I reignited my fitness journey with fervor. Currently, I find myself one year and four months deep into this revitalized pursuit of transformation. Eager to share the secrets of my success, I've committed to disclosing my workout routine, meal plan, and the supplements that have propelled me towards unparalleled strength and vitality. Notably, I've regained the strength that eluded me during my medical challenges, thanks to a meticulously tailored meal plan seamlessly integrated into my daily life.

My preference for early morning workouts, typically between 6 to 8 am, stems from the invigorating energy I feel upon waking. However, for individuals with office commitments, late-night sessions or workouts two hours before bedtime are ideal. This timing ensures ample rest and sleep post-workout, facilitating optimal recovery during the night's restorative hours. By adhering to these timings, I've witnessed remarkable results, affirming the significance of strategic scheduling in maximizing fitness gains.
